Faith Formation Program Grades K-11
Coordinator K-6: Ana Vazquez, 781-729-8758
Coordinator of Teen Faith Formation 7-11 and Youth Ministry: Cathy Saleh, 781-368-5099
Faith Formation teachers needed for 2022-23. Please contact Ana or Cathy. Please consider sharing your faith, kindness and joy as teachers (catechists) for grades K-8 and small group mentors for grades 9-10. Class sizes are small and all the resources, training, and support you need to succeed are provided.
The very own words of Jesus, “Let the children come to me, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these” (Mt 19:14) serves as a model for our Faith Formation program. They learn about God as loving parent, Jesus as their brother, Savior and friend and the Holy Spirit as the love between the Father and Son.
Grades K-6 will meet Sunday mornings at 10:15am and Wednesday afternoons at 3:30pm.
Our 7-10 grade programs meet Monday evenings at 7:00 pm and are designed around helping our teens find God in all things. This means a rounded formation experience including spiritual development, liturgy, social and community service elements. Our teens are the future of the Church and we wish to have them know a loving God and have fun as their spirituality grows.
Confirmation occurs in Grade 11 in the fall.
We are pleased to offer a one-day Confirmation Retreat this fall on Nov. 5
